You can request a return if:

✔ You received the wrong product

✔ The product is damaged or defective

✔ The delivered product does not match the ordered item

Conditions:

• You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product

• The product must be unused and in original condition

• Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact

• Certain items such as earphones, undergarments, and cosmetics are not returnable

✔ Orders can be cancelled before order confirmation

✔ Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped

Note:

• Discounted or promotional items may not be eligible for cancellation

• Pre-order or customized items cannot be cancelled

💰 Refund Policy

✔ Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

✔ Refund will be sent via the original payment method (bKash/Nagad/Rocket/Bank)

✔ Delivery charges are non-refundable

🔁 রিটার্ন ও ক্যান্সেলেশন পলিসি (Return & Cancellation Policy)

আমাদের গ্রাহকদের সন্তুষ্টিই আমাদের প্রথম অগ্রাধিকার। তাই নিচে আমাদের রিটার্ন ও অর্ডার ক্যান্সেলেশন নীতিমালা উল্লেখ করা হলো:

✅ রিটার্ন পলিসি

নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে পণ্য রিটার্ন করা যাবে:

✔ ভুল পণ্য ডেলিভারি হলে

✔ পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ডিফেক্টিভ হলে

✔ অর্ডার করা পণ্যের সাথে পণ্য মিল না হলে

শর্তাবলী:

• পণ্য ডেলিভারির ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে

• পণ্য অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত (Unused) অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে

• পণ্যের অরিজিনাল প্যাকেজিং ও ট্যাগ অক্ষত থাকতে হবে

• কিছু নির্দিষ্ট পণ্য (যেমন: ইয়ারফোন, আন্ডারগার্মেন্ট, কসমেটিকস) রিটার্নযোগ্য নয়

❌ ক্যান্সেলেশন পলিসি

✔ অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার আগে অর্ডার ক্যান্সেল করা যাবে

✔ অর্ডার শিপমেন্ট হয়ে গেলে ক্যান্সেল গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়

নোট:

• বিশেষ অফার বা ডিসকাউন্টেড পণ্য ক্যান্সেলযোগ্য নাও হতে পারে

• কাস্টম অর্ডার বা প্রি-অর্ডার পণ্য ক্যান্সেল করা যাবে না

💰 রিফান্ড পলিসি

✔ রিটার্ন অ্যাপ্রুভ হলে ৫–৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড করা হবে

✔ রিফান্ড একই পেমেন্ট মেথডে (bKash/Nagad/Rocket/Bank) পাঠানো হবে

✔ ডেলিভারি চার্জ রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়
