প্রোডাক্টের প্রাপ্যতা সম্পূর্ণভাবে স্টকের ওপর নির্ভরশীল। কোনো প্রোডাক্ট স্টকে না থাকলে আমরা দ্রুত আপনাকে জানাবো এবং বিকল্প প্রোডাক্ট প্রস্তাব করতে পারি অথবা আমাদের রিফান্ড পলিসি অনুযায়ী পেমেন্ট ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

💰 মূল্য পরিবর্তন

কোনো পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই প্রোডাক্টের মূল্য পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। আমরা সর্বদা সঠিক মূল্য প্রদর্শনের চেষ্টা করি, তবে সময়ের সাথে মূল্য বৃদ্ধি বা হ্রাস পেতে পারে।

একই গ্রাহক একাধিক অ্যাকাউন্ট খুলে অফার বা ডিসকাউন্টের অপব্যবহার করলে তার অর্ডার বাতিল করা হতে পারে।

ভুলবশত কোনো প্রোডাক্টের মূল্য অস্বাভাবিকভাবে কম দেখানো হলে (যেমন: ১২০০ টাকার পণ্য ১২ টাকায়), সেই অর্ডার বাতিল করে রিফান্ড করা হবে।

৭. অর্ডার ক্যান্সেলেশন

🔍 কোয়ালিটি চেক

ডেলিভারির পূর্বে কোয়ালিটি চেকে কোনো ত্রুটি ধরা পড়লে অর্ডার বাতিল করা হতে পারে।

📉 স্টক আউট

ইনভেন্টরি সমস্যার কারণে বা হঠাৎ চাহিদা বেড়ে গেলে স্টক শেষ হয়ে যেতে পারে। সে ক্ষেত্রে অর্ডার বাতিল ও রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে।

৮. নিষিদ্ধ ব্যবহার (Prohibited Uses)

আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করে নিম্নলিখিত কাজগুলো করা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ:

(ক) কোনো বেআইনি বা অনৈতিক কাজে ব্যবহার করা
